Walt joined H. L. Wiker in 1989.  His various positions with the company have included laborer, operator, and site superintendent. Walt was instrumental in the Ann Barshinger Cancer Center project in which H. L. Wiker received the National ABC Excellence in Construction Pyramid Award.
