Donna J. Shoff

Donna joined H. L. Wiker when her father founded the company in 1988. Since 1988, her various roles have included administrative office management, human resources, project management, and managing business relationships including banking, bonding, insurance, and customers. Following family succession planning, she was named President in 2007. Donna believes the most important trait of a leader is honesty. This belief is demonstrated each day in her daily interactions with the H.L. Wiker team and customers. She emphasizes the importance of teamwork by empowering employees to find solutions, make decisions, and seek help when needed. She values customers by reacting quickly to their needs. Most of all, she enjoys and values the many relationships that are established in her business and community activities.
