Comprehensive planning ensures that high standards are maintained throughout your project.
Our focus on thoroughness and quality continues throughout your project. At the start-up meeting, the project's scope of work and plans are reviewed. The job manual created by our estimating team is also discussed. This manual contains detailed information about your project and transforms our initial planning process into the working document that will be the road map for our field operations team.
A schedule is developed and field personnel and equipment needs are coordinated. Before we move any dirt, an on-site preconstruction meeting is held involving all key individuals including state and municipal authorities. This meeting allows all involved parties to understand the project and the scope of work to be performed. Our goal is to ensure that appropriate communication among the various parties is maintained from project start to completion. Following the start-up and preconstruction meetings, the job is turned over to field operations. All necessary preparations are finalized including the mobilization of equipment to the job site and marking existing onsite utilities as per the requirements of the PA One-Call System. At this point, we are now ready to perform the work necessary to make your project a reality.
